Covid-19 Protocol
To Our Fringe Salon Community
The health and well-being of our employees and guests is of the utmost importance to us, and given the current situation with the COVID-19 VIRUS, we are writing to inform you of the new protocols and precautions we have put in place to help protect you during your salon visit.
Our Guidelines For Reopening:

Please come to your appointment alone. No additional guests or children at your appointment.

Call us at (315) 637-4100 when you arrive. We'll let you know when your service provider is ready before you enter the salon.

Temperature checks will be taken upon check-in. No one with a fever may receive services.

Please, no large handbags. Bring in only what you need and can fit in your lap.

We will ask a few questions and have you sign a liability waiver before we can start your service.

All team members and clients MUST WEAR MASKS. No exceptions. We can provide you one if needed.

We'll greet you verbally (no hugs or handshakes)

Clients will be required to sanitize or wash their hands upon check-in.

Stylists have added 15 mins in between guests to clean and sanitize.

We will not be offering beverages at this time.

Our stations will be spaced 6 feet apart to maintain distance between clients.

Please come to the salon with clean, dry hair.

We will gladly accept credit card payments on premises or in advance and cash if necessary.

Capes are washed between each client, as always.
We encourage you to call us within 24-48 hours prior to your appointment if you are feeling ill; we will gladly help you reschedule your appointment.
If you “NO-CALL OR NO-SHOW” our policy still stands and you may be charged service fee, including a deposit taken when booking your next appointment.
